- Bachelor's degree in social services, psychology, or a related field, or a minimum of two years of experience in social service programs.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
- Must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish and be able to interpret documents from Spanish to English or English to Spanish.
