As a Police Officer at the State of Minnesota, you will be responsible for responding to police calls and emergencies, deterring and detecting unlawful activities, and monitoring and controlling hazardous roadway conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to police calls and emergencies as directed
* Deter and detect unlawful activities through effective police work
* Monitor and control hazardous roadway conditions and take immediate action to remedy hazardous conditions
* Respond to traffic accidents and triage scenes
* Provide rescue help and assist in emergency situations
