Job Summary

Lloyd Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business, including managing finances, implementing policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of business operations, including financial management, human resources, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Recruit, select, train, and develop employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Assist with daily security procedures, operational efficiency, and sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with the Executive Leadership team.
  • Report financial opportunities and recommend solutions to align with company goals.
  • Manage Lloyd Security's internal operating system, TRACTION, and employee recognition program, ENFORCER.
  • Support and follow company core values to nurture a positive work environment.
