About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our team at Asante Health System. As a CNA2, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient safety and comfort
  • Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
  • CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
