Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our Medical Telemetry Unit team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a CNA 2, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a high-functioning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist RNs with admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Measure and record vital signs, output, and weights
  • Collect specimens and perform fingerstick capillary blood tests
  • Assist with client mobility and transfers, using lifts and safe patient handling devices
  • Opportunities for continuing education and professional development
Requirements
  • Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or equivalent education/experience
  • Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements
  • Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as a CNA 2
