**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Middle School Instructional Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide essential support to teachers and students in the classroom, contributing to a seamless and engaging learning experience.
**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 per year (based on 20 hours/week)
**Job Description**
As an Instructional Support Specialist, you will work closely with lead teachers to create a positive and productive learning environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students with social-emotional, behavioral, and academic needs in the classroom
- Monitoring student engagement and participation in personalized learning activities
- Assisting teachers in instructional decision-making by analyzing data reports from online programs
- Designing and facilitating specialized elective courses to cater to students' interests and abilities
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma; Associate's degree or 60+ college credits preferred
- Experience building relationships with middle school students in a school setting
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a diverse team of teachers
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to innovate in a startup environment
