Key Responsibilities:

  • Process deposits, payments, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Engage with customers to foster strong relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Finance Factors products and services to effectively sell and refer them.
  • Learn and adhere to basic deposit regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cash handling and customer service is advantageous.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain both external and internal customer relationships.
  • Previous experience in banking is a plus.
