Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Hyatt Vacation Ownership. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of our organization by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers. You will develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads, and cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective owners to convert them into purchasers
  • Use sales techniques and processes to effectively convert leads into sales
  • Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner
  • Follow up on referrals and leads to ensure timely conversion into sales
  • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities
  • Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timeliness of closings
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Active and in-good standing professional Hawaii Real Estate License required
  • One year of related experience preferred
