Position Summary:
The Vice President of Asset Management plays a pivotal role in delivering asset oversight and financial reporting services for the diverse properties within the organization’s portfolio.
This position also involves performing property evaluations and ensuring that stakeholders receive precise and trustworthy insights regarding their assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver asset management services to clients, including financial reporting and property evaluations.
- Formulate asset management strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Generate financial statements and reports for client review.
- Analyze market trends to furnish clients with reliable asset information.
- Conduct thorough property evaluations to guarantee the accuracy of asset data.
- Assist in the development and execution of asset management plans.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on asset management matters.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience in asset management.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and asset management principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
