Our leadership team comprises seasoned professionals from top tech companies and successful start-ups, all with a history of multiple successful exits. We are currently focused on developing a large language model and an advanced AI chatbot, and we are experiencing rapid growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Train, optimize, scale, and deploy various generative AI models.
- Engage in cutting-edge research and development to explore new frontiers.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to publications in leading academic conferences.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers and engineers.
Your Qualifications:
- A PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience publishing in top-tier conferences (INTERSPEECH, ICASSP, ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS).
- Proficiency in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Familiarity with one or more areas of AI, including diffusion models, speech, audio, LLMs, or multimodal technologies.
