Job Summary:The Project Co-Director will lead the implementation of the agency's Project LAUNCH grant, ensuring timely and effective delivery of clinical services and programs.
Company Overview:Bowen Community Service Center is a community-based mental health organization serving families, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly in northern Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee clinical elements of program, including supervision, intake process, referral process, and discharge process; develop plan for community awareness of the program; participate in training of partner organization staff as appropriate; provide clinical training and consultation about early child mental health needs and resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:MD, LCSW, or PhD; experience in supervising, training, and consulting with staff; excellent communication and project management skills.
