HRIS Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team at Experis. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional administrator expertise for HR systems, including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, reporting, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional administrator expertise for HR systems, including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, reporting, and training.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders on HR system usage, functionality, data requirements, and design for process improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues.
- Provide HR system support and solutions, including design, development, testing, maintenance, reporting, and integration.
- Develop ad hoc reports to support data requests from internal clients.
- Define logic for reports and develop standard reporting to meet business requirements.
- Ensure the accurate display of data in these systems, recognizing data problems or inconsistencies by understanding HR system data feeds and how they work with other business systems.
- Participate in implementation and updates of HRIS modules.
- Review quarterly release notes and communicate system updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure systems are properly working after updates by developing test plans and executing them.
- Provide technical assistance to end users of HR systems and other HR database solutions. Monitor adherence to data management procedures.
- Communicate effectively with HR, IT, and management staff to identify problems, resolve inquiries, and derive appropriate system and/or process solutions. Identify, develop, and deliver HR system training to meet the needs of end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or business administration.
- Two years of experience in a professional human resources capacity.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related field.
