About the Role

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Business Transformation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of payroll, state services, records, and Drug-Free Workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as liaison to OAKS for the Human Resources Division
  • Provide functional guidance in planning, coordinating, and maintaining OAKS HCM for all HCM modules and Oracle Cloud recruit and Learn software
  • Assist supervisor with project test plans
  • Identify potential business improvements
  • Work with Application and Reporting Team (ART) to provide production support and maintain contact with other DAS HRD divisions to ensure OAKS is meeting expectations
  • Assist with configuration and customizations needed, design, working with Service Assurance and Managed Services, testing, deployment, production support, and change management
  • Assist cross-functional application team efforts, contract changes, tax updates, bundles, create plans/timelines, assistance with gathering requirements and design
  • Validate state's requirements for improved business processes
  • Analyze and define requirements and business rules to facilitate statewide process design

Requirements

Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment:

  • Completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, public administration, information systems, engineering, or comparable field
  • 2 years of experience in business process transformation, organizational design, strategic human capital management, and/or business process reengineering
