Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of crew members in the execution of industrial cleaning services, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards are met.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of services.
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, including hydroblasting and vacuum trucks.
- Customer Relations: Interact with customers in a professional manner, ensuring excellent communication and human relation skills.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, and maintain/improve good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience: Verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
- Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Skills and Certifications: Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in hydroblasting and vacuum truck, current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver, and mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment.
