Job Title: Supervisor IS

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor IS to join our team. As a Supervisor IS, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of service line crew members, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of industrial cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of service line crew members, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of industrial cleaning services.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, including equipment operation, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Strong knowledge of operating equipment used in service line, including pumps, hoses, and circulators.
  • Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment is preferred.
  • Current certification as an authorized Company driver, with CDL with endorsements strongly preferred.
