Job Title: Crew Leader

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading crews, ensuring equipment is functioning properly, and completing job duties in accordance with company and client policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead crews and provide feedback to ensure completion of job duties in accordance with company and client policies
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly
  • Have general knowledge of Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks
  • Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, including familiarity with all pieces of equipment necessary to safely and effectively complete the required job scope
  • Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work
  • Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field
  • Valid Driver License
  • Pass a Hair Follicle and urine Drug Screen
  • Must have a valid TWIC card
  • Pass all Required Background Screens
Working Conditions:
  • Work at Industrial Owner Facilities
  • Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk
  • Respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if called upon
  • Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet
  • Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun
  • Must be capable of setting up equipment for the job including lifting and carrying hoses that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Required to work at elevations and wear fall protection harnesses
  • Ability to work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours per day; stand or walk for long periods
