About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Services Engineering Manager to lead our Water Treatment Process team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing compliance programs for water treatment processes and engineering for the National Water Services group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement water treatment process improvements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
  • Lead the design of process flow, consumable usage, and equipment layout for water treatment projects.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze operating procedures and field data to optimize treatment processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical project summaries for client and marketing use.
  • Provide technical support to EH&S initiatives and participate in safety, environmental, and team meetings/programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in water treatment or a related field.
  • Advanced water treatment process training or certification.
  • Strong environmental regulatory knowledge and ability to interpret plans, prints, graphs.
  • Ability to communicate and work with others, and read and write English (literate).
