About the Role

Curia is seeking an exceptional Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will provide critical administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

You will be responsible for managing various tasks, maintaining accurate records, and developing effective processes to improve productivity and efficiency. Your strong communication and organizational skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

A salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year is offered, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and prepare correspondence for executives and teams.
  2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  3. Process Improvement: Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
  4. Communication: Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; five years of clerical and administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of database software and HRIS a plus.
