Legal Assistant

White & Case is seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant to join our Washington D.C. office. As a key member of our Commercial Litigation team, you will provide critical support to our attorneys and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal services.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting legal and factual research using various resources
Preparing documents for production and maintaining case files
Assisting with pleadings, trials, and hearings
Providing administrative support to attorneys and clients
Requirements
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 4-year college degree with a GPA of 3.5 or higher and relevant work experience in a legal setting.
Additional requirements include:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with e-discovery software and other technology tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
