About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, greeting and thanking all customers while making eye contact.
  • Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash.
  • Prepare food and hot beverage products, effectively managing ExtraMile and/or KKC foodservice and beverages.
  • Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs.
  • Cross-check price of delivered goods for accuracy.
  • Distribute delivered goods in an orderly manner throughout the store.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
  • Must possess required up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law.
