Sales Territory Manager Role

As a Sales Territory Manager at Field Controls, you will be responsible for maximizing sales coverage in the territory. This involves understanding the landscape of existing customers, potential customers, and sales organizations operating in the territory. You will identify sales gaps in potential, currently empty geography within the territory that meet our criteria and prioritize HVAC distributors that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow IAQ.

Key responsibilities include developing relationships with senior sales management at target regional distributors, conducting product/sales training for distributors and contractors, and identifying target HVAC contractors in the territory. You will also make joint or independent sales calls on target HVAC contractors and present business propositions to secure participation. Additionally, you will support the contractor's business development and build a network of certified HVAC contractors in the territory.
