About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at the Guest House Crisis Stabilization Center in Eugene, Oregon. As a key member of our direct care team, you will work with adults experiencing serious mental illness, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Performing housekeeping and preparing meals
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate clinical documentation

If you have experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiver for a client with behavioral health needs, we encourage you to apply.

Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00pm - 7:30am (Full Time, Night)

Compensation: $22.00 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential and 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
