The Role

The Customer Care Manager IV serves as the single point of contact for assigned hyperscale customer accounts, managing interactions from order entry through billing to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Promoting revenue growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction is a key responsibility, along with serving as the conduit and escalation point for exception problem management.

This role involves managing large and complex customer implementation projects, including creating detailed project schedules, tracking financials, and understanding technical and operational specifications.

What We Look For in a Candidate

We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years related project management/service delivery experience in the telecommunications industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to direct the work of other functional organizations, deliver proactive results in fast-paced environments, and influence collaboration across diverse organizational boundaries is essential.

Estimated Salary: $63,400 - $84,500 per year, depending on location.
