Customer Experience Director

A Customer Experience Director at Victoria's Secret is a results-driven leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive top-line sales. This role reports to the Store Manager.
The primary responsibility of the Customer Experience Director is to lead the sales floor, coach and develop the team, manage performance, and sell. In addition, this role supports operational excellence through maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and demonstrating company values within the store
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
- Conducting associate observations and coaching
- Managing labor hours within the store to drive top-line sales and profit
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards and overall appearance of the brand
An ideal candidate for this role should have 3+ years of retail leadership experience, a passion for the Victoria's Secret brand, and the ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
The estimated salary for this position is between $20.65 and $27.50 per hour, based on location and experience.
