About the Role

The Project Manager II is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across various markets. This role requires a high level of expertise in project management, construction, and utility industry practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
  • Provide project management expertise and lead internal processes across other project delivery functions.
  • Ensure team goals, roles, and protocols are aligned with high-performance requirements and the company's strategy.
  • Manage additional resources assigned to an initiative/project, including hiring, training, and assignment of work.
Requirements
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and knowledge of construction and utility industry practices.
  • Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Complex problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience
  • BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
