Job Overview

We are a civil engineering firm seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and final project deliverables.
Requirements
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington and/or Oregon.
  • Public works transportation experience, with a focus on project management and engineering.
  • Experience mentoring civil project engineers and EITs, with a focus on knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and specification writing, with experience in engineering cost estimate preparation.
  • Business development experience, with a focus on driving client relationships and new business opportunities.
