We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our float pool team at West Reading Nursing & Rehab in West Reading, PA. As a Regional Float CNA, you will have the opportunity to work a minimum of two shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours, depending on open shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients
  • Perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language
  • Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn
  • Attendance at a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification
