Requirements:

  • At least 10 years proven experience in a senior finance role ideally within a PE-backed or high-growth construction company.
  • Worked at a $150mm+ revenue company.
  • Strong percentage-of-completion accounting experience.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong treasury and bank relationship experience.
