The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Finance Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management of operating and capital expense budgets for the Engineering, Technology, Product, and Marketing departments.
  • Participating in regular forecast updates and the budgeting process, working closely with the business to understand requirements and financial drivers.
  • Supporting the month-end process, ensuring accurate financial results and understanding variances to the budget.
  • Providing guidance and support to the leadership team in managing their budgets.
  • Contributing to the development of comprehensive Power BI reporting and streamlining reporting outputs.
  • Analyzing and re-designing core processes to streamline deliverables and increase actionable insights.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship. You should also have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and business partnering abilities, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred fields include but are not limited to: Finance, Data Analytics, or a similar background. You must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program and have US work authorization. Individuals needing visa sponsorship are not eligible.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly based pay range of $22.00/hour to $35.00/hour, depending on your level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our organization.
