Job Overview

The Liberty Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Make Ready Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Turn-Key Services: Perform all necessary repairs and improvements to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy, including painting, vinyl tile installation, punch-out and sheetrock repair, and trash-outs.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to residents.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Clean and maintain common areas, including grounds and exterior spaces.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 months of onsite experience in a related field, such as hotel, rehab, condo, construction, or carpentry.
  • Qualifications: Valid ID required, reliable transportation, and ownership of necessary tools for basic turns.
Compensation

The hourly salary for this position is $17-$18, offering a competitive rate for skilled professionals in the multi-family industry.
