Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of custodial staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the resources and training they need to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure that our facilities are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure that our custodial services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities are maintained to a high standard and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our custodial staff have the skills and knowledge they need to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 years of progressively responsible experience in custodial services, including 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience with budgeting and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8 years of progressively responsible experience in custodial services, including 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and other software applications.
  • Experience with budgeting and resource management.
