About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Care Technician to join our team at Evolution Research Group. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth conduct of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the collection of biological samples, perform venipuncture, electrocardiograms, and other related tasks in accordance with physician orders.
  • Oversee the care of clinical trial subjects while housed on unit, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Perform basic lab procedures, including preparation of specimen tubes and labels, blood specimen collection, and centrifuge operation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of subject charts and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required; one year of clinical experience preferred.
  • CPR certification and phlebotomy certification (national) a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
