Job Summary

As a key member of UMB's commercial banking team, the Commercial Relationship Manager III plays a critical role in driving business growth and developing meaningful relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide tailored financial solutions to clients, including commercial lending, cash management, and treasury services.
  • Analyze client financials and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion and improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in commercial banking sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including credit, underwriting, and bank operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
