Key Responsibilities

  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to assess physical condition and identify potential risks.
  • Reserve Draws: Review and process reserve draws to ensure compliance with loan documents and lender requirements.
  • Client Relationships: Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer service while enforcing loan document and lender requirements.
  • Risk Analysis: Perform ongoing risk analysis to identify emerging risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Reporting: Prepare loan and portfolio level status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, with a focus on asset management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial Real Estate Experience: 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management.
  • Financial Analysis: 6+ years of experience analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements.
  • Asset Management Experience: 6+ years of experience managing Fannie Mae Multifamily loans.
