Job Title: Program Portfolio ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining bodies of work, performing reviews to gather consensus, and supporting program leaders and CPOs in pivoting priorities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of program priorities and capacity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  2. Collaborate with program and engineering teams to identify tools required to capture required data and generate reports and visualizations.
  3. Design and implement reporting improvements, focusing on evaluation of reporting automations for cross-product/initiative work.
  4. Track overall schedule, progress, and impact to program delivery, identifying and documenting goals of reports and data elements required.
  5. Consult with program and engineering teams to identify tools required to capture required data and generate reports and visualizations.
  6. Develop sample reports based on representative data from identified sources for review.
  7. Conduct retrospective reviews with TMNA product owners to validate metrics and report quality, and accordingly revise report templates, frequency, stakeholders, and report delivery process.

  • 12+ years of experience with strong Agile Delivery
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
