Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily order entry and billing functions, generating shipping orders and invoices for mailing, and initiating back orders.
  • Enter accurate customer information into our computer system, ensuring seamless communication with sales staff and customers.
  • Monitor billings for accuracy, communicating with personnel to resolve discrepancies or verify unusual items.
  • Research discrepancies and debit memos to accurately process, issue, and post credits/debits to customer accounts as necessary.
  • Reconcile inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Assist in daily and month-end closing, ensuring all necessary information is entered into our computer system.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone.
  • Demonstrated multitasking skills, with the ability to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and assist other team members as needed.
