We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Meridian Brick. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to sales, operations, transportation, and production planning teams to fulfill customer demand.
  • Order entry, shipping/receiving, and records retention.
  • Inventory management for resale, including tracking and maintaining minimum/maximum levels of all resale inventory.
  • Warehouse organization, safety awareness, and 5S audits, with a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Interaction with customers and vendor sales representatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing and logistics, business/organization management, or a related field.
  • Masonry and stucco installation knowledge or experience a plus.
  • Oracle experience a plus.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform various forms of physical labor.
  • Committed to working in a zero-harm workplace and able to work flexible hours as required.
