Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Management Technician to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and assisting management with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate IT Business community on location at an aerospace customer in Wichita KS, providing technical support and troubleshooting complex IT issues for End user desktop, Mobile devices, and IT Site support issues.
- Assist management team with day-to-day operations of the group, including receiving, assessing, and escalating support incidents & requests.
- Provide outstanding customer service and world-class support in a fast-paced corporate environment, and may be asked to conduct training to other technicians or non-technical employees.
- Identify and document process/procedure changes and/or enter technical solutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Manage all local IT Equipment in Asset Management system (Service Now) and mobile devices and tablets in Intune, SCCM, and ABM as needed.
- Provide guidance and conduct training to junior team members.
Essential Requirements
- Full understanding of installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Desktops, laptops, tablets, phones, and printers, including how they are managed in Intune, Active Directory, and SCCM.
- Full understanding of IT networking (including WiFi and 5G).
- Skilled in hardware, software, and/or operating systems environment, including iOS and Android devices.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience of minimum 4+ years in IT support, systems administration, and network management.
- Communication and interpersonal skills and experience working with customers and internal partners.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Desirable Requirements
- Outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of the process to set up a user's mobile device.
- Linux OS knowledge recommended.
- Knowledge of using Citrix on a mobile device.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or equivalent.
What We Offer
Contract position with a competitive hourly rate between $28-35/hour.
On-site position in Wichita, KS.
