About the Role:

Human Capital Solutions is seeking a skilled Wireless Device Analyst to lead large-scale deployments of wireless devices and services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with agency staff to develop optimal device and service configurations, manage wireless product orders and deliveries, and configure Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale deployments of wireless devices across the county.
  • Develop and implement MDM/MAM policies, with a focus on Microsoft Intune.
  • Design secure BYOD solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors to create custom web-portals for billing, service, and support access.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and agencies.
