**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Assistant - Dental to join our dental care team at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, you will assist dentists and hygienists in providing high-quality patient care, preparing dental instruments and supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Job:
This is a variable shift position with a competitive salary of $26.98 - $33.15 per hour, depending on location. Our ideal candidate will have one year of experience as a dental assistant or a graduate from an ADA-accredited dental assisting program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists and hygienists in providing patient care
- Prepare and organize dental instruments and supplies
- Clean and sterilize instruments
- Expose and process dental radiographs
- Record patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Oregon Certificate of Dental Radiological Proficiency
- Oregon EFDA certification within 90 days of hire date
- Pit and Fissure Sealant certification within 6 months of hire date
