Assistant Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. This role will play a crucial part in the management of clinical functions and overseeing the admission process for adults struggling with eating disorders.

About Us

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC is a premier residential treatment program dedicated to helping adults overcome eating disorders. Our comprehensive treatment approach focuses on restoring physiological and nutritional balance, promoting healthy eating and exercise habits, eliminating harmful behaviors, and fostering motivation and engagement in the recovery process.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Clinical Director in managing all clinical functions and overseeing the entire admission process.
  2. Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff, have knowledge of the organization, and provide marketing support for the facility.
  3. Assist in recruiting and interviewing new employees, attending clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally.
  4. Work collaboratively with program leadership, demonstrating knowledge of administrative and clinical policies and procedures.
  5. Participate in on-call rotation as identified by site leadership.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related services field, preferably knowledgeable in eating disorders.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience with eating disorder clients.
  • Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required.
  • CPR certification required.
