Summer Associate Internship: Data Analytics and Strategy

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Associates to join our Lending Strategy team. As a Summer Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute to the development of business strategies that drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide research and data analytics support to business partners to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven strategies that meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and data models to support business decision-making.
- Analyze and summarize study results to identify key findings and recommendations.
- Communicate research and data analysis results to various audiences, including staff, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience or project work in data analytics, business development, or a related field.
- Experience with data structures, data cleansing techniques, and data pipelines.
- Working knowledge of statistical, segmentation, and analysis techniques for survey and database data.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
