Job Summary
This is a 12-week internship program that offers students the opportunity to work on impactful projects and meaningful work. The Summer Associate role will be a member of the Credit Card Acquisitions team, responsible for establishing healthy credit member relationships to drive sustainable retail and small business portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the day-to-day strategy, analysis, and operations of the team
- Interview internal stakeholders to identify systems and frontline requirements
- Develop and present proposals on findings from analysis and internal/external research to senior executives
- Create and execute go-to-market product plans, including change management, performance, and marketing
- Collect, digest, and synthesize competitive intelligence data from various sources to develop data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations for new product launches and innovation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master's degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Analytics)
- Experience with research, analysis, and data manipulation
- Strong strategic, change management, and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of financial services/payments a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Comfort working with large datasets and telling stories with data
- Experience using data and analytic tools such as: PowerBI, SQL, or Tableau
- Ability to work independently and think outside of the box
