  • Identify and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through various channels, including in-person, online, phone, and written communication.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate quotations, and general account support.
  • Actively prospect for new clients and solicit increases in existing client coverage, leveraging networks and win-back strategies.
  • Obtain the best coverage and rate for insured clients, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage, following up as needed with documentation and education.
  • Support clients through renewal and retention, maintaining strong relationships and anticipating their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, and participate in meetings to share expertise and stay informed about industry developments.
Qualifications
  • Hold the required insurance license and have a minimum of two years of personal lines insurance account management experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting, coverages, and industry operations.
  • Have a proven track record of business-to-business sales success, with strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients.
  • Possess outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision.
Compensation

$35,000 to $45,000 per year
