Job Description:

As the Partnership Innovation Coordinator at Par Excellence Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition and nurturing long-term partnerships that fuel growth and align with our mission of elevating luxury brands. You’ll work strategically to expand Par Excellence’s reach, developing strong, tailored partnerships with clients in the luxury sector and ensuring each relationship supports both client and company objectives. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a passion for strategic business development and a knack for identifying innovative partnership opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Proactively identify, engage, and acquire new clients in the luxury market, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with Par Excellence’s high standards.
  • Partnership Strategy & Growth: Develop strategies to build and sustain valuable, long-term client relationships that contribute to revenue growth and company success.
  • Revenue Generation: Create tailored strategies for each client, focused on exceeding revenue goals, supported by a commission-based incentive plan.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and market expansion.
  • Client Success & Retention: Collaborate closely with clients to ensure ongoing success, providing guidance to ensure they maximize the value of our services.


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years in business development, client success, or partnership management, ideally within the luxury or digital marketing sector.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and creating value for luxury clientele.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop strategies that align with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data insights to drive growth and fine-tune client liva strong focus on achieving results.
  • Education: No degree required, but a AA in relevant field is preferred; above all we value talent, aptitude, and the ability to learn


Compensation & Incentives:
  • Base Salary: $20,000 per year.
  • Commission:
  • Monthly Clients: 10% for the first three months, 5% residuals for each continued month.
  • Website Projects: 12% of the total project value.
  • Bonuses:
  • $500 signing bonus for each monthly client valued at $3,000 or more.
  • $500  signing bonus for each website project valued at $8,000 or more.
