About the Role

Columbia Community Mental Health (CCMH) is a leading provider of mental health services in Oregon. We are currently seeking a Medical Services Coordinator - RN/LPN to join our team.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. As a Medical Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing quality care to clients and coordinating care between providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental/physical health assessments and initial evaluations of new clients
  • Assist clients with prescription renewals and prior authorizations as needed
  • Review client medications and provide education to patients and staff
  • Maintain accurate records of client medication regimens and monitor effectiveness
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and address patient needs
Requirements
  • Unencumbered Oregon state RN or LPN license required
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; Bachelor's degree and experience in mental health & substance abuse nursing preferred
  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $82,742.40 - $116,001.60 per year for RNs and $28.93-$37.77 per hour for LPNs. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical and dental coverage, vision coverage, 403B retirement savings, and more.
