About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Director to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies that drive growth and improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media, and local search advertising.
  • Lead the development of data-driven insights and recommendations to inform future strategy and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Present performance reports and insights to leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and management, with a proven track record of success driving growth and efficiency.
  • Prior experience in a senior role within a web and/or Demand Generation team.
  • Proven work experience managing a team of direct reports, agencies, and contractors.
  • Experimentation experience to design multivariate tests, synthesize test results, and build frameworks to make data-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to rally teams around clear objectives and key results.
