Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly establish rapport with various teams, articulating the complexities of security to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Deploy cybersecurity measures and infrastructure controls, enhancing detection capabilities and improving event correlation in large organizations.
  • Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments across network, system, and application domains, utilizing big data analytics to identify advanced threats or signs of compromise.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Assurance and cybersecurity.
  • Proficient in administering Tenable ACAS and applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
  • Experience in vulnerability remediation.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server or Linux systems, including RHEL or Ubuntu.
  • Understanding of network security and incident response protocols.
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud security, Nessus, and ACAS Vulnerability assessments.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity policy fundamentals and NIST standards, and the ability to translate these into frameworks like ISO.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Capability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAT Level III Certification within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with C5ISR Center.
  • Familiarity with CVEs and application security, including securing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in data governance.
  • Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework.
  • Experience in securing cloud infrastructure and applications in AWS GovCloud.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
