Position: Information Assurance/Security Specialist - Lead (Senior Level)
Certification Requirement: Must possess an IAM LEVEL III BASELINE CERTIFICATION.

Role Overview: The selected candidate will be integral to a team engaged in providing comprehensive information assurance and cybersecurity services. This role involves:
- Establishing and enforcing enterprise-level information assurance and security protocols.
- Designing and executing security standards and procedures, while evaluating security programs.
- Advising on information assurance/security solutions to meet client needs.
- Identifying and addressing security breaches.
- Defining and fulfilling information assurance and security requirements based on user and regulatory demands.
- Supporting high-level clients in developing and implementing security policies.
- Applying expertise to both government and commercial systems requiring specialized security measures.
- Conducting analysis and development of security features for system architectures.
- Assessing security requirements for various computing systems and implementing effective solutions.
- Providing integration and implementation of security solutions for computer systems.
- Performing vulnerability and risk assessments throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Creating strategies to enhance information assurance effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Documenting program milestones and monitoring progress related to information assurance activities.
Educational Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is required. A Bachelor's degree with an additional four years of relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of ten years of practical experience in computer security, focusing on secure network and system design.
- At least five years of management experience.
- Two years of experience in Vulnerability Assessment and/or Risk Analysis.
- Proven experience in implementing RMF policies and FISMA compliance reporting.
- Experience with DISA STIGs, ACAS scans, and/or SCC scans.
- Relevant certifications such as MCTS, GCIH, GPEN, CEH, or similar are required.
