Your expertise will be crucial in screening for medical or behavioral emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to inquiry calls from clients and stakeholders
- Assist with scheduling face-to-face assessments or triage to appropriate community referrals
- Screen for medical or behavioral emergencies and provide appropriate support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- 4 positions available, including 2 overnight shifts (7p-7am) and 2 evening shifts (1pm-1am)
- Competitive wages: $60k to $85k
- Benefits package, including potential sign-on bonus
